This website does not collect health information. Please don't include confidential or private details about your health condition in an email or any form on this site — those are for general questions and messages only. Anything clinical belongs on the phone or in session, where it's protected.

Information you provide when you get in touch is used only to respond to you. It isn't sold, and it isn't shared with anyone else.

Sessions are held on Therapy Notes, a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. Your clinical record is kept in accordance with Florida law and the standards that apply to Licensed Mental Health Counselors.

You will be given my Notice of Privacy Practices — the document describing your rights over your health information and how it may be used — before your first session, and you are welcome to ask for a copy at any time.
